fruit.
For your lunch, you can eat grapes, pears and dates, and half a lettuce, a few
sticks of celery and a handful of raisins. And between lunch and dinner, you
should have a snack; this should be something like a large glass of freshly
squeezed carrot juice. This ensures
that you remain open until the full dinner and that you are not with other
cravings and snack on sugary, fatty foods.
You
could prepare a large rainbow salad for dinner on your fast detox
diet, consisting of grated
red cabbage, grated carrot, and beetroot and grated until chopped celery,
watercress, cucumber and peppers. You can also use a dressing if you wish, but
make sure that everything you put into it is healthy to keep on the
fast detox diet.
